Drive Business Performance with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
According to McKinsey research, gender and ethnic/cultural diversity, particularly within executive teams, continues to be correlated to financial performance, across countries worldwide. This course examines the value and impact of leadership and team diversity on business performance. Participants will examine the key levers of diversity; analyze various correlations and impact on performance; develop strategic plans for sustainable diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices; and harness the cultural capital of DEI resource groups.
Registering at least three weeks prior to the course start date is highly recommended.
