Debbie is an award-winning Insights leader - recognized by the David Ogilvy awards - who has successfully built new brands and businesses, unlocked growth on existing products and transformed mindsets. Her approach is consumer first (always) and to understand the reality of their world.

Much of Debbie’s career has been on the client-side and includes leading Unilever’s U.S. Consumer Insights team (all brands and categories) and the Dove Global Insights team

Debbie’s experience is unique. She has both local (go to market) as well as global brand development/portfolio experiences that span CPG, Tech, Nonprofit, Financial Services, established businesses and startups, and expertise that includes:

Advertising and communication development and evaluation,
Renovation and revitalization of stagnant brands/businesses,
Brand health/love/equity evaluation and development,
Identification and assessment of future facing strategic opportunities.

Debbie is a founding member of the B-Corp Overflow, a collaborative consultancy.

Debbie is an Adjunct Instructor at NYU teaching the Foundations of Advertising Research in the School of Professional Studies since January of 2023.
