Adjunct InstructorMaureen is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and works for a tech-enabled leadership coaching organization. Her career includes over two decades as a senior talent development leader for multi-billion-dollar companies in the financial and consumer services industries.
Maureen has served as a trusted advisor to senior executives, managers and employees. She designed and implemented talent programs including on-boarding, performance management, career management and leadership development that shaped organizational culture. She also led large-scale learning solutions in sales and service that resulted in material increases in customer retention and product sales that well exceeded projections.
Maureen has a MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
