Learning Design Consulting
Whether your aim is to work as an independent consultant or in-house trainer, increase your professionalism by learning how to think and act like a performance consultant. This course covers two tracks. It provides a firm methodology for assessing whether training or some other intervention is required when a client requests your services, and a consulting model and set of behaviors for effectively consulting to clients. By the end of the program, you will have developed a strategy for your continued development as a performance consultant and the skills to be successful in the role.
You'll Walk Away with
- The ability to think and act like a consultant and to identify your training expertise and strengths
- The ability to develop a marketing package, write a proposal, pitch your services successfully, and ask the right questions during a client consultation
Ideal for
- Professionals who have some experience with training consultations
- Professionals with some knowledge of learning design consulting
