Lourdes Olvera-Marshall, Esq., is a diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) professional, executive coach, lawyer, and speaker. She has worked in various DEI roles in the legal and financial industries, including at Bloomberg. Previously, Ms. Olvera-Marshall practiced law in Mexico and New York, served as Associate Director for global programs at NYU School of Law, and worked as a Cultural Representative at Walt Disney World. She holds an LL.M. from NYU Law and a law degree from ITAM, Mexico, where she graduated with distinction. She is also a graduate of NYU SPS from the graduate certificate in Organizational and Executive Coaching and the certificate in Communication Skills. She also has studies from Harvard, Cornell, and Complutense (Spain). In addition, she is a trained chef and holds a Cordon D’Or culinary degree. She is a frequent speaker, including at Capitol Hill, and has been quoted in various Harvard Business Review publications. She received NYU’s inaugural 2018 Outstanding Global Professional award and was recognized in Crain's NY Business 2020 inaugural Notable Women in Talent Resources.
