Amit Nihalani

Amit Nihalani is an Assistant Vice President at M&T Bank where he is a senior credit analyst for commercial real estate loan underwriting. His previous work experience has all been in the real estate industry as a loan underwriter and a REIT equity analyst.

He has been an Adjunct Instructor at NYU since 2015 where he teaches several courses focused on real estate finance and fundamentals.

He received his MS in Real Estate from New York University, B.S, in Finance from Case Western Reserve University, and is a CFA charter holder.
