Cooking with Cannabis

Students in this course will learn techniques and recipes for using THC and CBD in their various forms. The course will review common uses and techniques to help students grow their business. This course is not for the home cook, but for professionals hoping to integrate edibles into their startup operations. Students will learn how to create their own culinary recipes, but also how to create a balanced product to serve the interest of clients.
