Foundations of HR: Practices and Techniques
This course offers a complete survey of human resources for those interested in launching a career in the field or for those who need a comprehensive refresher. Sessions cover the philosophy and management objectives of the generalist HR department, such as job design; recruitment techniques; rules and discipline implementation; and employee orientation, training, development, appraisal, compensation, and benefits. This course prepares you to put the most up-to-date human resources practices into action. This program is valid for 24 PDCs toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification.
