Jennifer Trahan, clinical professor at the Center for Global Affairs, presented at the International Law Association’s 81st Annual Conference in Athens, Greece, on June 25, 2024. Her talk, entitled Cyber as an Element of War Crimes under the International Criminal Court’s Rome Statute, was part of a panel on The Future of International Humanitarian Law. Additionally, she is participating as one of the three American members of the ILA's Use of Force Committee, which is also convening at the conference.
