The Human Capital Management department will launch their new M.S. in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting in Fall 2020. The graduate program is designed to address the growing demand for highly skilled and academically trained coaching and consulting professionals. Students will be prepared to increase and improve organizational effectiveness and develop the critical skills required of leaders today including talent development, leadership presence, and effective communication. Leading industry practitioners will bridge evidence-based science and practice, empowering students to become more influential and strategic leaders of change.

New M.S. in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting
This 30-credit accelerated program can be completed entirely online, onsite or blended and is also aligned with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Full-time students can complete the degree within 1 year while part-time students can complete the degree in 2 years.
